Please meet the Nursery Team

Here is a little bit of information about our wonderful Nursery Team.

Mrs Campbell – Nursery Class Teacher -Mornings 

Mrs Campbell is an experienced teacher who is fairly new to Westroyd. Mrs Campbell has taught in following year groups during her time in teaching:  Nursery, Reception, Year 1, 2 and 3.   Although Mrs Campbell has taught other year groups she is very passionate about Early Years. Early Years is where the foundations are laid. Mrs Campbell loves seeing children grow and flourish in confidence during their time in Nursery. I like seeing children become independent learners who can access the classroom resources and lead their own learning.  Mrs Campbell believes Early Years is about learning through play, enjoying learning and giving the children first hand experiences. In her spare time she likes to go swimming, reading and cooking for my family.

Mrs Hart- Learning Support Assistant

Mrs Hart is a Learning Support Assistant, who has 16 years of experience in childcare, working in schools, nurseries and crèches.

Mrs Hart has worked at Westroyd for 2 years, working in wraparound, reading support in KS1 and LSA in Early years and KS1.

Mrs Hart is very passionate about supporting children with their learning, through play and the outside area.

She always welcomes the children with a huge smile.

In her spare time Mrs Hart likes running, walking and being a mum to her two children George (8) and Matilda (5).
